First launch on Mac

macOS may say the app is “damaged” — that’s Gatekeeper blocking unsigned apps, not a broken download.

  1. Unzip Elon.zip
  2. Right-click Elon.app → Open → Open again
  3. If it still fails, open Terminal and run:
    xattr -cr ~/Downloads/Elon.app
    then double-click the app normally.

For a seamless install with no warnings, the app needs Apple Developer signing ($99/year). This workaround is standard for indie Mac apps.
